Tech was great, neat with his work, and explained everything. Everyone that I have spoken with in the office is always polite and pleasant. Very comfortable knowing I have their professionalism and true caring for their clients.

Excellent service. Technician (Daniel) was very courteous; showed up on time and completed service quickly and professionally. All maintenance and repairs are explained before starting and again when finished.

From the minute we called this service, we knew we were in good hands. The office representative immediately began asking questions about our air conditioning concerns. Then, she quickly shifted to finding available technicians and what might be convenient hours for us. Her level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion reflected someone who genuinely cared about what was best for the customer. Within a few hours, the technicians arrived, assessed the problem, addressed the problem, and all the while they, too, exhibited knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. This type of company is the one I will always go to. From the office personnel to the company's owner, everyone made me feel as if they genuinely cared about my air conditioner concerns, and about me personally. Truly, this is how great companies operate!

Outstanding across the board! The Front Office fielded my first call immediately and, in short order, dispatched Tech Daniel to my house. He came uniformed and in a marked truck and immediately went to business. He listened carefully to my explanation of what was happening (or what WASN’T happening!) and expertly diagnosed the issues and made repairs on the spot, including some key part replacements, which he had with him in his truck. Daniel was a true expert, and learned a great deal about how the system in my house functioned and what to look for to troubleshoot. I definitely will be using Vallee’s maintenance & tune-up service from here on out! I especially appreciate that it’s a local business and has long been a part of the community.

They did an awesome job getting us up and running in the quickest time possible. They are Johnny on the spot. They are very caring and polite. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Two technicians arrived at the time we were given to expect them. The two techs (John & Jeremy) functioned as a team, splitting actions in the attic and on the outdoor platform. They were professional and communicative, answering questions addressed to them. They worked over two hours to complete the part replacement, never interrupting or disturbing the house occupants. Work was completed and explained in a timely fashion. The thermostat settings were returned to the ones when the work began.

Easy to deal with. Always calls before they come out and on time.

Our ac wasn’t working outside and my husband did troubleshooting first. It was late, probably 7:30pm. But we contacted Gerry anyway and he responded he could be here at 5am. Not a minute late, he showed up for 5am and within 20 minutes he sent a text that our system was back to good and to have a nice day. Service and reliability have always been hands down unbeatable. It’s so very difficult to find trustworthy service contractors, so I recommend this crew to everyone.

We have been using Vallee for the last 5 years and they have been consistently amazing. They answer the phone quickly, they are able to get service people out quickly, they communicate well, and are reasonably priced. I would not go with another company for HVAC service.

Sidney has been servicing my home for over a decade, and sometimes other technicians have had to come out when Sidney has other jobs scheduled too far out. Sidney and all other Vallee staff have always been very courteous and professional, and most importantly, they have been excellent at troubleshooting problems and getting our HVAC system back up and running quickly. I am always educated about my options once they diagnose the problem, and they educate me on the pros and cons of how to proceed. I never feel pressured or pushed into which option to choose for my HVAC repairs, which I appreciate in this day and age!

John has always been a great maintenance guy.

Sid showed up in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty condenser. I’ve been very pleased with all the work Vallee has performed on our HVAC system.

We are extremely satisfied with the work they have completed for us. Every employee is very professional. The installers did a great job, and everyone in the office is equally kind and knowledgeable. I would not call or recommend anyone else for AC or heating needs.

Temps are forecast to be in low 20s next 2 days and our heater will not turn on. Called Vallee for service. Tech was her in 30 minutes. WOW!! 30 minutes. Found the problem. Replaced part. Problem solved in less than an hour. I highly recommend Vallee!

Everything was great. The workers were very nice and they did a great job.

When our home air conditioner unit went out I called Vallee Air Conditioning & Heating. I had left a message because I called before business hours. I don't believe it was not ten minutes after opening they returned my call. After informing Vallee my air conditioner needed service in just a few hours John was sent to our home. He pin pointed the problem without any trouble fixing it immediately . The people I came in contact worked together to make the process getting it fix seem so easy. I would recommend this company highly.

Prompt response to request for evaluation of our problem. Was diagnosed quickly and determined that we needed a new unit. The new unit was installed by professional and polite technicians. It is working beautifully. Will always call Vallee for our future needs regarding heat and air at this residence, as well as another home that we own.

Techician arrived onsite within a half hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part. The part arrived within a couple of days and was installed early the next morning.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Vallee. They’ve done repairs and full replacements for myself and my family. This last visit was for scheduled maintenance, and the tech always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good and communicates it all well. Highly recommend for any AC needs.

All went very well. Started out by laying down mats to walk on in the house. Very good. After installing the new AC units picked up and cleaned up. Very good. Help me down load and set up thermostat in my phone. All was very polite. Great job.
