All four people I dealt with were very nice and professional. The technicians were courteous and answered all my questions. They came out the same day and fixed my AC quickly. The young lady that I talked to at the office was very nice and helped me schedule a time so the work could be completed. I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card because I had no time to get to the bank. I would not call anybody else to service my unit.

My AC stopped blowing cold air, so I gave them a call, and they had someone out the very next day. Jeremy was kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly helpful. He patiently answered every question I had (and trust me, there were a lot of them!). He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed efficiently.

Everything Valley, did from the very beginning to the very end was very professional. I’m the very beginning they installed for temporary window units so that would we would be comfortable for the next two days and nights while they were installing a new air-conditioning and furnace in my house. They delivered everything as we discussed in our original conversation. Installation to one and a half days. At the end, my house was cool and not assigned that they had even been here. Very clean and organized. I can’t say enough about Sydney and his crew that worked in my house. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends who may be in need soon.

Scheduled for between 7 and 830. Technicians arrived promptly at 715. Jeremy and Noah were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I could not have been more pleased with the service and have my highest recommendation.

Jeremy and Aaron did a great job. They communicated well and got my two systems checked out and cleaned quickly.

Jeremy and Arron serviced my A/C unit and did a fine job. I understood what was being done, the filter was changed and I was told what was checked and the condition of the unit. I requested what it would take to clean the a/c duct system and vents in addition to the yearly service and was given a quote. I recommend VALLEE A/C service for your needs.

Dan did an excellent job!

I received a text that stated that Dan, the technician was on his way. Dan arrived on time and began servicing the inside units replacing filters and cleaning them. He explained as he moved from one area to another what he was working on. Then proceeded to clean my outside units. When complete he gave me a summary of what he had completed. Dan is a very well mannered young man and very neat with his work areas.

The technicians were thorough and quick. They did a great job servicing my split units. Jeremy kept me informed throughout the process. My power had just gone out as team arrived, but they still managed to do the full service and double checked everything when the power came back on. Great service! Great company!
